The VR 160 JOYT portable butt weld device can handle drain pipes with diameters of 40 to 160 mm. The movement of the carriage is done via a handwheel.

The machine contains:

• A removable heating plate
• A planer with safety switch to prevent unintentional starting
• hinged lateral supports
• 2 quick-release clamps that can also lock bends (even with a very short neck), T- and Y-pieces.
• A case with a set of clamps and adapters (40-125mm)
• a steel box that can be used as a workbench or as a transport protection

They are available in two versions:

• one with a fixed mechanical thermostat (TF)
• met een regelbare elektronische thermoregulator (TE).
