GAMMA 160
The GAMMA 160 is a manual mirror welding machine, suitable for welding pressure piping systems for water, gas, or other media. The machine has a range of 40 to 160 mm. With this machine you can produce bends yourself. Of course, it can also weld injection molded fittings. Short collars are welded with the help of a special collar holder (on request). The machine is very compact and easy to transport.
The machine contains:
- A machine carriage with frame, 2 double clamps and a manual pressure regulator.
- Steel sliding clamps with quick-release system
- A welding mirror with electronic temperature controller
- A flat plane to straighten the ends of the pipe/fitting. This contains a safety micro-switch.
- A holder for planer and welding mirror
- Steel inserts Ø40 to 140mm, in a transport case
