COMPACT 355
The COMPACT 355 construction machine welds pre-insulated pipes in PE & PP, with a diameter of 125 to 355 mm. Its small size allows it to work easily in a ditch. The machine has a double clamping system to secure the outer coating of the pre-insulated pipe.
The machine contains:
- Heating plate equipped with the well-known Digital Dragon thermoregulator with high precision
- Planer with safety microswitch
- Machine house with 2 clamps.
- Toolbox
- An electric-hydraulic control box, protected against impact and atmospheric corrosion by means of a plastic box. The control box contains a lever to operate the clamps (open-close), a maximum pressure and discharge valve (also usable for the "dual pressure" welding process), an analogue reading of the current pressure and a timer to keep an eye on the welding times. The control box is equipped with a connection for the electronic data-logging unit "THE INSPECTOR".
