This welding machine is used on site, it has a low-vibration diesel engine and has caterpillar tracks. The machine is suitable for welding plastic pressure pipes for transporting water, gas and other liquids.
It can handle pipes with a diameter from 200 to 500 mm and was built according to international standards.

The machine can handle a slope of 30% straight ahead, 16% sideways.
The CNC control system consists of hardware and software that communicate optimally with each other during the workflow. Once the welding parameters are set, the system guarantees the repetition of the welding cycles, thus avoiding errors.

“FA” stands for fully automatic, with integrated mechanical extraction of heating plate

The REMEDY 500 FA welds fittings such as bends, T-pieces, Y-pieces and collar bushes.

The machine contains:

• an easily dismantled machine frame for working in confined spaces.
• a smartlock locking system, allowing inserts to be placed and removed in seconds.
• a removable and simple control panel with a large graphic display that can store up to 4000 weld reports.
• GPS traceability.
• a USB port for downloading PDF welding reports/data/upgrades.
• an on-board surface milling machine, which is equipped with a safety switch and is hydraulically driven.
• A hydraulically powered, PTFE coated welding mirror, supplied with a heat resistant bag that also prevents scratches on the heating element.
• Remotely (up to 100m) controlled tracks.
• Two hydraulic rollers for loading and unloading pipes.

The REMEDY is also available with a manual welding cycle.
