This tracked plastic welding machine is ideal for construction site conditions and features a low-vibration diesel engine. It is suitable for welding plastic pressure pipes for transporting water, gas, and other liquids, with diameters ranging from 125 to 355 mm, and is built to international standards.

The CNC control system consists of hardware and software that communicate optimally with each other throughout the workflow. Once the welding parameters are selected, the system guarantees repeatable welding cycles, preventing errors.

“FA” stands for fully automatic, with automatic extraction of the welding mirror.

The machine contains:

• Fully automatic welding process
• an easily dismantled machine frame for working in confined spaces.
• a smartlock locking system, allowing inserts to be placed and removed in seconds.
• a removable and simple control panel with a large graphical display (tablet) that also stores welding reports.
• Connection possible with cable or via Bluetooth.

• a USB port for downloading PDF welding reports/data/upgrades.
• a surface planer on board, which is equipped with a safety switch.
• A PTFE coated welding mirror on board, which comes with a heat-resistant bag.
• Two hydraulic rollers for loading and unloading pipes.
• A generator to drive the tracks, tube rollers and operate the welding machine

The REMEDY is also available with a manual welding cycle.
