The DELTA 500 Easy Life is a hydraulic mirror welding machine, suitable for welding pressure pipe systems for water, gas or other media. The machine has a range of 200 to 500 mm and is built according to international standards (UNI 10565, ISO 12176-1). Thanks to the special control cabinet, the machine can handle a semi-automatic welding process.

The machine contains:

• A machine sled with frame, 4 clamps, 2 hydraulic cylinders and hoses with anti-leak couplings that can be quickly plugged in and out.
• A PTFE coated welding mirror with separate thermometer.
• An attachment on the machine carriage, which helps remove the mirror during the welding procedure.
• A removable planer to straighten the ends of the pipe/fitting. It contains a safety micro-switch and a thermal circuit breaker.
• An electro-hydraulic control cabinet, protected against impact and atmospheric corrosion by a plastic box. The electronic control cabinet guarantees a continuous repetition of the welding cycles and ensures automatic regulation of the preset welding parameters. The operator only has to validate the different welding phases. The “Easy Life” has its own WiFi signal, and works together with the app “Set and Go PRO”. This user-friendly system ensures a quick input of the desired parameters. The “Easy Life” system can store up to 4000 welding cycles, and convert them into PDF reports. This can be read out to a PC/laptop via a USB port and data management software. It is also possible to set 50 self-made welding parameters.
• A holder for planer and welding mirror
• With the DELTA 500 Easy Life you can weld pipes and fittings such as elbows, T-pieces, Y-pieces and collar bushings. This is possible because the 3rd clamp can be attached to the 1st and 2nd (sliding) clamp. The fitting itself is attached to the 4th clamp. Short collars can be welded with a special tool (on request).
